SCREENING

I have a simple, standard screening protocol for ALL new clientele. This is required so that we may feel comfortable seeing you. We do not bend on this for anyone. All appointments must allow 5 days for the vetting process. Please do NOT schedule an appointment before 5 days.

You MUST provide your first and last name and complete an application that includes phone numbers, email addresses, social media, photos, etc. You must provide a deposit to prove you are serious and to reserve space in my schedule. I accept deposits via this website, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal, and Zelle. I strongly prefer those methods.
